TTI (Time-Temperature Indicator)

TTI(Time-Temperature Indicator) provides information to estimate the full or partial temperature history and exposure time by evaluating the temperature of the products during the supply chain. Since its records cannot be reused and recycled, it can interpret the results accurately and quickly. 

The principle of operation of the indicator is based on the polymerization reaction. Accumulation of temperature in the center of TTI causes the color change. At high temperatures, the color change occurs faster. 
TTI's, useful tools in monitoring the food quality during storage and distribution, are more than just what appears in the photo, and there are many variations.
